One of my favorites teachers while I was a law student, Prof. Stephen Bainbridge of UCLA, then a visiting professor of corporate law and corporate finance at HLS, has a weblog. In class, he actually made corporate law seem lively. He’s brilliant, calls things likes he seems them (though I’m certain I don’t always agree with where he comes out), and I suspect will write some funny stuff from time to time.
