It seems as though Michael Geist‘s
columns in The Star have angered the CRIA. Prof. Geist deserves
huge praise for his apparently boundless efforts on behalf of
innovation and openness on the Internet. His motives seem as true
and honest as they could be — those of a genuinely curious and
committed scholar who cares about the future of the Net and what we can
