Electoral-Vote this morning (10:00 a.m. EST) shows a dead heat: 264 Bush, 264 Kerry. Unbelievable. (Via im from Nick Caramello). (Update: it changed during the day, swinging toward Bush.) And it appears that Electoral-Vote got their fifth back-up. Thanks to whichever good soul made that possible!
