I just saw that my friend-since-childhood, Andrew Sanocki, has a fabulous new design-related site called DesignPublic.com. It’s a very hip place in cyberspace. I don’t know much about fashion or design but it seems very cool to me. They have a blog, too, called Hatch.

John Palfrey 
. . . and at about the same time I learned that my friend-since-childhood John Palfrey dabbled in venture capital. Isn’t the internet great? It seems like just yesterday that John and I were throwing logs off his father’s carefully-stacked woodpile at his little brother.
…I had no idea the Sanocki name outside of Minnesota…Strange thing this internet is, yet wonderful at the same time. Over qualified, yet meagerly challenged at work…any use for a guy with abstract abilities, that loves motorcycles… any where?
This is like a reunion. We should form a band and stuff
