The event will take place in Austin West on the HLS campus. This event will bring together deans, researchers, teachers, lawyers, and a CEO (Andy Prozes of LexisNexis, our partner in a research effort this fall on this topic). Berkman fellow Gene Koo has put together this event and is leading the research agenda. Prof. Charles Nesson, the Berkman Center’s founder and a longtime leader on this topic, is chairing the event.
