At the I&S ’04 conference, Votes, Bits and Bytes, we will be discussing in part a “working hypothesis” about the impact of the net on politics.  PersonalDemocracyForum has a version of this working document and is soliciting comments.  Micah Sifry, to whom we’re grateful for posting it, and some of his colleagues are participating in the conference.  (They are also hosting a conference in NYC on a related theme in May, which we hope will carry forward the conversation that we have here in Cambridge this week.)
